In-Store Kiosk and Mobile App for Shirt Customization

This project was a unique and exciting challenge. I was tasked with designing an in-store dress shirt customization kiosk experience. To ensure a seamless interaction for a variety of users, I developed detailed journey maps for different personas, mapping their behaviors and decision-making processes.

To accommodate high kiosk traffic, I designed a solution for onlookers to access the experience through a mobile web app via QR code, allowing for flexibility and reducing wait times. This approach provided a streamlined, engaging, and inclusive customization experience for all shoppers.
