Ecommerce Site Redesign for Improved UX and SEO

I was tasked with redesigning an e-commerce site, beginning with analytics and competitive analysis to understand user behavior. Using these insights, I rebuilt the navigation to align more closely with how users interact with the site. Additionally, I updated the product taxonomy and normalized the catalog data structure, resulting in a modern, SEO and user-friendly site with streamlined navigation and a more efficient backend.
